Each project or service may be governed by an individual written proposal, quotation, or agreement specifying deliverables, pricing, and timelines.

• Work begins only after the client's written confirmation and receipt of any required upfront payment.
• Project timelines depend on the client's responsiveness, feedback, and timely delivery of necessary content or materials.
• Substantial changes to the original project scope may lead to revised timelines and additional costs.
• Zentrix reserves the right to suspend a project if communication or payment obligations are not met by the client.

• Payment terms and schedules will be clearly outlined in your official proposal or invoice.
• All payments must be made within the stated period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delayed payments may incur additional charges or project suspension.
• For fixed-price projects, milestone payments will be required as work progresses.
• All payments are non-refundable once a project has commenced, except in cases of proven non-delivery by Zentrix.

• Once full payment is received, the client gains ownership of the final approved deliverables (e.g., software code, design assets, marketing materials).
• Zentrix retains rights to all pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used during development.
• We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Clients must:

• Provide accurate project information and required materials.
• Ensure that all content provided is original and does not infringe on third-party rights.
• Approve deliverables in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

Zentrix Technology Limited and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any non-public business information shared during the course of a project.

Neither party may disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

• Zentrix provides its services "as-is" and makes no warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
• Clients are responsible for ongoing maintenance, hosting, and updates unless covered by a separate maintenance contract.

Either party may terminate a project by written notice. Upon termination:

• The client shall pay for all completed work up to the termination date.
• Any deposits or milestone payments already made are non-refundable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Zentrix Technology Limited may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
